Hello welcome to my ePortfolio! My name is Clay Ardoin and I am currently a junior Physical Therapy Major. I was born in Lafayette, Louisiana but was raised in the beautiful upstate New York.
My interest was peeked at an early age by the profession of physical therapy. After several trips to the local PT clinic following a sports injury, I gained an appreciation for the abilities that physical therapist’s possess. The gratitude and respect that I had after being rehabilitated was incomparable. That was the moment I knew that physical therapy was the right choice for me. My brother Ryan Ardoin was an inspiration to me as he is also a Physical Therapist. His dedication and love for his work has inspired me to work harder and achieve my own degree in Physical Therapy. I have great support from my family and friends to pursue my education in the field of Physical Therapy. Over this past summer i had the privilage to continue my education at Strong memorial hospital where i dissected my cadaver. this was truly an amazing experience that made me apprecaite the human body on an entirely different level.
