Wes Moore, a Cornell University student and myself after the three of us spoke at Cornell University's Martin Luther King Day.

As a woman who seeks to be honest, respectful, and knowledgeable, my best is the minimum effort I will give. As such my actions are a reflection of my words. Ultimately, I strive to be understanding and compassionate, while remaining strong, bold, and motivational.

Hello! My name is Candice Brown. I am a Senior Clinical Health Studies/Physical Therapy major with a minor in Health Policy and Management at Ithaca College. I am originally from Camp Springs, MD, which is located about 10 minutes outside Washington, DC.

My goals is to not only become a physical therapist, but to eventually work for the American Physical Therapy Association as the Vice President of Public Policy, Practice & Professional Affairs. My strong commitment to equality and social justice as well as my dedication to public health and physical therapy motivate my active involvement to the advancement of the field. It is through my involvements that can further be seen within this profile that I hope to eventually achieve my goal. I hope you enjoy looking at my page.
