WELCOME

Welcome to my e-portfolio. My name is Charissa Morrisroe and I currently hold a BS in Clinical Science from Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York.  I have also completed minors in Health and Art History.  I am currently pursuing a clinical doctorate in physical therapy at Ithaca College, with an expected graduation date of October 2012.  I began to consider a career in physical therapy after countless sports related injuries landed me there myself.  I became fascinated with the healing process and hope to someday help athletes get back to the sport that they love.  I have a passion for sports, and have continued to pursue athletics in college on the women's club basketball team.  I served as the President of the club team my senior year in 2009-2010.  In my spare time I like to read, bake (and eat) sweet treats, travel, run and practice yoga.
