Erin Smith   class of 2014

I am a Junior at Ithaca College with a major in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and a minor in TV & Radio International Communications, working toward an additional minor in Environmental Studies. You may see me on campus in the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs as a Student Leadership Consultant or in the Office of Admission where I work as a Co-Chair on the President's Host Committee.

I am a graduate of Blackfoot High School in Blackfoot, Idaho. I have lived in Idaho all my life before aspiring to travel far from home to attend Ithaca College here in Ithaca, New York.

The summer before I came to Ithaca College I attended the College of Southern Idaho to obtain certification as an industrial welder although I also worked on some of my functional and non-functional art in the class as well.

I am passionate about speech and debate and spent my high school career competing for national recognition through the National Forensic League.

I am here because I'm ambitious to enter a world where I can put all of my talents to work while remaining true to myself and Ithaca College has already provided me with a unique and professional environment to do so.
