Welcome to my ePortfolio! I am a Television/Radio major with a minor in Journalism, and I expect to graduate in 2016.

I’ve been an ambitious broadcaster/reporter since I was 15 years old. I’m captivated by how much the industry of media is changing and how social media is becoming such a vital role in today’s society.

I realize that the industry of media is forever changing and it’s my job to keep up with those changes. In order to be successful in today’s day and age one has to think on his or her feet and be able to overcome any obstacles. I believe that I have that gift and have been able to successful thus far. The SPARK: Igniting Your Future in Communications class has help me come to realize exactly how much media is shifting and what I need to be able to do to keep up in the real world. My goal for the next four years of college is to attain as much comprehension of the fields of media as possible in order to be successful in the workplace.

By gaining more knowledge in the fields of television/radio and journalism I feel like I am giving myself the best opportunity to be successful on path that I wish to pursue. All of the experienced that I’ve gained has prepared me for whatever job or task that I may be given in the future.
