Hi, my name is Kristen Sabat and I'd like to welcome you to my professional E-portfolio.  My passion is teaching elementary school children.  I am invigorated by supporting children's learning and development and strive to be an outstanding educator.  Currently, I am completing a Masters degree in the Childhood Education Graduate Program at Ithaca College.  I look forward to graduating in June of 2009 to begin a long and exciting career in education.  The rigorous, one year program is based on eight professional teaching standards.  Over the past twelve months, I have developed proficiencies in all these standards.  To learn more about how I seek to meet the needs of my students as a professional educator, please explore my portfolio in further detail.  I hope you will enjoy my reflections, artifacts, and other evidence that demonstrates my commitment to children, education, and society.   Thank you!
