Hello!
My name is Sarah Perry and I am currently a senior standing at Ithaca College. I am a double major in Television-Radio, with a concentration in video production, and Drama. I love being in front of the camera, but I also enjoy working the camera, writing, directing, designing, and editing. I enjoy all elements of production, as well as pre- and post-production.
I spent the Spring 2012 semester studying abroad in London, England and had the opportunity to work at Past Pleasures, A Live Costumed Interpretation and Historical Special Events Company. There I researched, created, mended, hemmed, and preserved historically accurate costumes at both Hampton Court Palace and The Tower of London.
During the summer of 2011 I was privileged enough to be a Production Intern for G4's Attack of the Show! NBCUniversal's geek-culture review show. Currently I am involved in ICTV (Ithaca College Television) as a Production Assistant for Game Over, Ithaca College's one and only video-game review show. Previously, I was an Assistant Producer and On-the-Street Host for IC Everywhere, a hidden-camera improvisation show. I am also a cast member of Comedy Sauce, a website that's more comedy than sauce.
I graduated from Mission Viejo High School, in 2009, as an AP Scholar with Distinction and an International Baccalaureate student. I sang for the school's Chamber choir, managed the Comedy Sportz team, and was in the Advanced Theatre Production class my junior and senior year. I am interested in travel, speaking different languages, and of course, theatre and telecommunications. I love learning, no matter what subject, and pride myself on my openness and listening skills. I also enjoy cooking and fine chocolate.
